Information Disclosure

In accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”), this privacy policy describes the categories of personal information we collect through the Mavericks Website and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose that information below.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the Mavericks Website treats it as a request to turn off analytics, advertising and visitor-identification services, unless you turn them on in Your Privacy Choices. Third-party providers whose technologies operate on our website may collect personal information about your online activities and across different websites.

We treat Global Privacy Control signals the same way. We honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.

Third-Party Tracking

Subject to applicable requirements, geographic restrictions, and your privacy choices, third parties providing analytics or visitor-identification technologies on our website may collect personal information about your online activities over time. These technologies include Google Analytics and RB2B, as described in our cookies and visitor-identification disclosures below. You can manage available choices through opting out at any time in the links listed below.

The Mavericks Website Privacy Policy is linked in the footer of every page, and the link includes the word “Policy” to be read clearly and found easily by viewers.

You will be notified of any Privacy Policy updates or modifications. Mavericks will update the date in the “Updated” section listed at the bottom of the Privacy Policy page.
